CPHON (Certified Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Nurse) Exam Reimbursement

CPHON Funding: The de Souza Institute provides full exam fee reimbursement to Ontario RNs writing the CPHON exam for the first time. (The Institute will also fund up to one rewrite).

Eligibility: For eligibility requirements please visit here.

Apply to Write: Nurses must first apply to write the CPHON exam by completing the application form online or on hard copy. Applications can be found here.

de Souza Financial Reimbursement Policy: Once an application has been accepted and the test has been written, you may submit for financial reimbursement by following the instructions in our policy.
