Want to get motivated? Participate in de Souza Institute’s January 26 live webcast on the theories of motivation

What better time than the new year to get motivated? That’s why on January 26, 2012 de Souza Institute will be offering a live webcast on the  Theories of Motivation: A discussion on motivation and engagement in continuing education for oncology nurses from 12:00pm to 1:00pm.

Leading the live webcast is Charissa Cordon, an APN nurse educator at the Princess Margaret Hospital and de Souza 2011 PhD Scholarship recipient.

The webcast will cover:

• List and define various theories of motivation
• Present a framework that could assist in motivating oncology nurses engage in continuing education
• Facilitate a provincial discussion on how to best motivate oncology nurses in writing the CNA Oncology Certification Exam
