Reimbursement Forms
The de Souza Institute is pleased to support nurses who are expanding their skills and knowledge in the area of oncology and palliative/hospice care.
Reimbursement is available for the following:
- Canadian Nurses Association Oncology Certification Exam.
- Canadian Nurses Association Hospice Palliative Care Certification Exam.
- Certifed Pediatric Hematology Oncology Nurse (CPHON) Certifcation
- IPODE Courses
- Pediatric Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Instructor Course

Travel Policy
Reibursement for travel is also offered for scheduled de Souza events. This applies to courses held across the province, such as the Psychosocial Training Workshop, however, this excludes Pain Workshops and Chemotherapy Courses. Read our full Travel Policy here.
