de Souza Advance Practice Nurses (APN) work in:
- Regional Cancer Centres
- Hospice
- Community or General Hospitals
- Public Health or Community Agencies
Requirements:
- Achieved a Masters degree or higher
- Certification in Oncology or Hospice Palliative Care through Canadian Nurses Association (CNA) or Certified Pediatric Hematology Oncology Nurse Certification through APHON
- Obtain a minimum of 4.0 de Souza credits with at least one course completion in each of the four course categories
- Complete a four week or 150 hour Clinical Fellowship
