Where do I drop off my FOBT kit from the ColonCancerCheck program?

Usually your family doctor will give you the FOBT kit to complete because you are of average risk and 50 years of age or older. He/she will advise you to either return it to their clinic offices or their associate lab. The rationale is to ensure it is correctly labeled including the physician information and contact.
