If you are pursuing your de Souza Nurse, APN or Scholar Designation, once you have completed your course requirements you are required to complete your clinical fellowship. The purpose of the clinical fellowship program is to develop oncology nursing leaders through specialized learning in direct practice. Clinical fellows will participate in self-directed education and clinical preparation in adult or pediatric oncology/palliative care with guidance from a mentor.
Fellows may apply for funding where they can receive a maximum of $2500 for the de Souza Nurse clinical fellowship and $5000 for the de Souza APN or Scholar clinical fellowship. Click here for more information.
